  Pan Service Ltd. is a private firm founded in 1992. Starting with servicing of telephone sets, fax-machines and key-systems of Panasonic, one year later going on with servicing of TV, audio and video sets as authorized service of the Korean brands GoldStar /LG/ and Samsung, in the last years authorised also by PHILIPS, today Pan Service is a unique national complex service centre for repair of the whole range of home appliances - TV, audio and video sets, white goods - refrigerators, freezers, washing and cleaning machines, home and office air-conditioners, coffee machines, small domestic appliances, and communication appliances.
   

Pan Service has also contracts for maintenance of professional audio-video apparatus in some electronic media. Having been officially authorized service centre, besides for PHILIPS and LG Electronics brands, today Pan Service makes oficially the warranty repairs also for the trademarks, as follow - SAMSUNG, CANON, AIWA, BOSE, MARANTZ, PROLUX, BOMPANI, LIEBHERR, BLAUPUNKT,ZELMER,SAECO, MASTERCOOK, FRIGOGLASS, TEKA, ETA, AEG, HARMAN KARDON, INFINITI, JBL.

The firm’s economic strategy includes opening of own property work-shops /bought, repaired, built-up in common style and technically equipped/, situated in the biggest cities in the country. In present time Pan Service Ltd. is disposing of 11 completed own property service work-shops with total covered area of 2500 м2 , in which about 75% of all warranty repairs are made. The rest 25 work-shops in the country work under contracts for representatives. In the service net of Pan Service 201 specialists are employed. The service net of Pan Service is computerized and it works with own specialised software product used for permanent data exchange through Internet. It contributes for quick and precise transfer of spare parts and technical information, punctual following of operations, control in time and analysis for removing of errors and improving of management.

Pan Service has a central store in Sofia and several smaller stores throughout the country. In them spare parts at the total sum of USD 600,000 are available. Thanks to the well-done management, the computerized system, the availability of more of the necessary spare parts on store, the good technical equipment and well-trained specialists, Pan Service is making quick and quality repairs. The time of repair in Sofia is up to 24 hours, and for the country - up to 3 work days.
